This Privacy Policy explains how LPV Agency, a DBA of LPV Services Inc. ("LPV Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lpvservice.com, purchase access to our platform, buy leads, or communicate with us.
LPV Agency provides customer relationship management software and consumer leads to licensed health insurance agents in the United States. Our customers are insurance professionals, not consumers shopping for coverage.
1. Information we collect from agents
- Name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
- Licensing information, including National Producer Number and the states you are appointed in
- Account credentials for the platform
- Billing information, which is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Support tickets, messages, and call recordings where applicable
Collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and platform usage activity
- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels
2. Consumer lead data
We also handle information about consumers who requested contact about health insurance. That information is collected through our own marketing pages and partner sources, where the consumer provided it and gave consent to be contacted.
- Lead records contain contact details and the coverage the consumer said they were interested in
- We deliver those records to the licensed agent who purchased them
- Once a lead is delivered, the purchasing agent is independently responsible for how that information is used, stored, and protected
- Information an agent uploads or creates inside their own CRM account is controlled by that agent. We process it to provide the platform
3. How we use information
- To create and operate your account and deliver the products you purchased
- To route purchased leads into your CRM account
- To contact you by phone, text message, and email about your account, billing, support, and service updates
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve the platform, measure marketing performance, and troubleshoot
- To detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations
4. Text messaging and phone contact
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and that information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you provide your phone number and consent, you agree to receive calls and text messages from LPV Agency at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Opting out of text messages does not stop phone or email contact about your account. To change how we contact you, email [email protected].
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that host the platform, deliver calls and messages, process payments, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations
- Purchasing agents. Consumer lead records are delivered to the licensed agent who bought them, which is the purpose of the transaction
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party is bound by this policy
6. Health information
LPV Agency is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and this website is not designed to collect protected health information. Lead records we deliver contain contact details and a stated interest in coverage. They are not medical records and do not include diagnoses, treatment history, or clinical data.
Agents must not upload medical records, clinical notes, or other protected health information into the platform unless a separate written agreement covering that data is in place with us. Agents remain responsible for their own obligations under HIPAA and any other health privacy law that applies to their business.
7. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand which marketing brings agents to us. We may use pixels from platforms such as Meta and Google to measure conversions and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may stop working correctly if you disable them.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax obligations. Records of phone and text consent are retained for the period required by applicable telecommunications regulations, and may be kept after you opt out in order to show that consent existed and that your opt-out was honored.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
10. Your choices and rights
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Access, correction, and deletion. Email [email protected] to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it
- Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them, and we respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by law. For consumer records held inside an agent's CRM account, we will forward your request to that agent, who controls the data.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
12. Third-party websites
Our site may link to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
